Job and Responsibilites
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Enhance digital payment systems including mobile & internet banking.
- Drive automation, AI, data analytics, and fintech solutions.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Develop structured change management frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Sri Lanka regulations.
- Oversee data security, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with regulators, consultants, and technology partners.
- Monitor fintech trends and competitive developments.
Required Qualification
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
- Postgraduate qualification (MSc in Digital Innovation/Transformation or MBA) highly desirable.
Professional & Experience Requirements:
- Professional certifications in Digital Transformation or Corporate Governance.
- Minimum 15 years progressive leadership experience.
- Proven record in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
