Age Limits :
Director (Training)
Age should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years.
Director/Principal (Industrial Engineering Training Institute, Katubedda)
Age should be not less than 30 years and not more than 55 years.
Assistant Director (Human Resources Management)/ Board Secretary & Legal Officer
Age should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years.

Applications prepared according to the guidelines mentioned on the official website (https://www.naita.gov.lk) should be sent via registered post to reach the address given below on or before 01 April 2026.
The post applied for and “Vacancies 2026” should be mentioned on the top left hand corner of the envelope. If an applicant is applying for more than one post, applications should be submitted in separate envelopes for each post. Applicants from Ministries, Government Department and Statutory Bodies should be forwarded through their Heads of Institutions who should certify whether the applicant could be released to take an appointment if selected.
