The Lady Lochore Loan Fund (LLLF) invites sealed proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Individual Consultants to provide consultancy services for the Development of a Loan Management System (LMS).
This procurement is conducted strictly in accordance with the Consultancy Procurement Guidelines – 2007 of the Government of Sri Lanka

Proposal Submission Method
Completed proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope via registered post or hand delivery on or before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Proposals will be opened at 2.00 PM in the presence of consultants or their authorized representatives.
