The National Insurance Trust Fund Board (NITF), functioning under the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development of Sri Lanka, has officially announced a government job vacancy for the position of Manager – General Administration & Operations (HM 1–2). NITF is a fully government-owned organization responsible for implementing national insurance schemes including Agrahara Medical Insurance and Motor Insurance while acting as the sole reinsurer for compulsory reinsurance business in Sri Lanka. Educational Qualifications
Applicants applying as external candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Public Administration, Commerce, Public Management, or another relevant discipline recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.Government job opportunities

Additionally, candidates should possess either a postgraduate qualification such as a Master’s Degree in a relevant field or associate membership from a recognized professional Chartered Institute relevant to management or administration.

Experience Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of thirteen (13) years of managerial-level experience in a corporation, statutory board, government institution, or reputed private organization. Experience in Human Resource Management will be considered a strong advantage during the selection process.

Internal Candidate Eligibility
Must fulfill external qualification requirements.
Minimum three years satisfactory service in Manager Category Grade I.
Completion of Efficiency Bar Examination.

Age Limit
