📌 Position Overview
This position supports the implementation and daily operations of the Bank’s Sustainability, ESG, and Sustainable Banking initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM) activities
- Assisting with sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Supporting capacity-building programs
- Assisting sustainable finance and CSR initiatives
🎯 Candidate Profile
- A Degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university/institute OR
- G.C.E. (A/L) with 3 simple passes + G.C.E. (O/L) English & Maths credit passes + minimum 2 years’ experience in banking OR
- Minimum one-year service in the grade of Banking Associate + IABF/DBF qualification or recognized diploma
- Basic understanding of sustainability, ESG principles, and responsible banking
- Familiarity with ESRM frameworks (desirable)
- Strong written & verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and time management
